Sadly Carmarthenshire police forces philosophy and working practice's are more suited to the MID 1980s...
Through personal experience and numerous press articles it seems the lack of intellect and life experiences has resulted in family breakup and conflict where none was needed.
Clearly a change in management would result in Carmarthenshire police force moving into the 21st century 🙄
