Royal Mail - Preston Mail Centre

whenever my package goes through this mail center. it is ALWAYS late. 24hrs signed for delivery and it's been 5 days. ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous level of service. 7 parcels missing now. labels printed of ebay. what it looks like these guys arent even scanning parcels in - because those that were delivered showing the first time they are scanned is when they are received by the delivery office of the recipient. Huge amounts of unnecessary hassle being caused by customers.

Looks like they know theft cannot be easily investigated because of the lock-down malarkey so they are playing lucky dip with our parcels and just taking what they like

I have to say our Asian postman Mebs and also Paul are absolutely brilliant they always manage to leave our parcels. They always ask how my leg is after I’ve had extensive surgery and although busy always find time to talk. Look after these guys they are really special people 👏👏

Does anyone know how to get through to royal mail Preston MC I can't find a phone number for them

I paid for next day delivery on my parcel.
I received a text message to say it’s on its way, even gave me a date and time and a few days later my parcel has still not arrived it’s still in Preston !!! no more updates available !
