Really not worth one star incompetent staff the owners need some serious training and the girl that attempted to serve me in a Halloween costume today was fitting to the occasion she had a face like a sour lemon going to Chaddesden from now on, also 5 people left the line in disgust of the waiting time if the government are paying wages to these staff then the answer is they should vet people more carefully

Been misquoted a couple of times on parcel cost, only to cost me more when arriving at the post office.

Staff are unapologetic, simply stating they "shouldn't give prices by phone".

If you want to ship parcels, you're probably safer going to Chaddesden or Borrowash.

Added another star - service has improved. They are much better than Borrowash!

Needs more staff - I was told to come back in 5 mins! The younger man of the 2 staff desperately needs training in customer service because his attitude is rude & dismissive.

Need to update their opening hours so people don't turn up to find them Closed.

only open until 3pm on saturdays :(
