Post box - Royal Mail (Falcon Ridge - Hilltop Road)

The Royal Mail post box in Berkhamsted on a fenced raised area beside a block of flats above the pavement of Falcon Ridge cul-de-sac near the T-junction with Hilltop Road. Hilltop is a fair size estate, so why has it only got this one diddy post box when I think it needs a proper pillar box, and then they hide it around a corner out of easy view and more or less on private property. Right at the junction is where this box should be sited, so passing motorists on Hilltop Road can spot it for their use. It is what it is and motorists can pull over kerbside right beside it.
