Disgusting service today, refused to scan my return label, stating it won't work even though I do at least 30 of these parcels a week! Would not even attempt it.

Do not send anything signed for, the last twice the item says it is still at Crookhorn Post Office but never arrives. 2 birthday gifts now stolen.

Went specifically as website said open late. Got there an hour before stated close time and they were shut. I was told ‘obviously we had to close early’ and had closed 5 minutes before I arrived. Very unhelpful.

Most miserable staff i have ever had to deal with. Every time we go in we experienced off-hand, curt, unhelpful staff - Cant agree more with the review that said " should not be customer facing". They are appalling! What is the PO coming to. Maybe they don't want customers... We are so put off we try to go elsewhere whenever possible.

Wouldn't even give the service one star they are the most unfriendly rude unhelpful staff I have ever meet think both of the staff behind the desk need to go on training for customer service skills on how to speak to the public this is not the first time have been in there on a coupe of occasions to be greeted with unhelpful rude staff an elderly lady was before me in the queue and the way they spoke to her they should be ashamed of themselves they both require extra training as they are both not suitable for a customer service roll my advice is use another post office you may get a better reception
