St Denys Road Post Office

Absolutely useless. Four times I've been in this shop to visit the post office and only once have I been able to complete the transaction. Always some feeble excuse and the woman there is quite frankly ignorant. She has no idea about customer care. I suggest that as the post office side is so very poor there's really no point in having it at this location. Might as well close it down for what use it is.

It’s not a real Post Office. It’s just a set of scales and a stamp book. Mostly, just an off license.
Huge problems with the contactless payment machine. I just wanted to post a letter. Sadly, it’s seemed that was a difficult thing to do.
It seems impossible these days to find a decent Post Office for all the coffee shops and barbers and takeaways.
Bring back the old days!

Staff always helpful. Open from 6-10 most nights of the week. So lucky to have this service close to my home.
I had one issue when I took in the wrong barcode, but I had misunderstood the returns process for my parcel, entirely my fault! Staff there were happy to help with this and I returned with the correct one. They were very patient considering they have to deal with this day in day out. Can't fault this place.

Waited half hour for Shop to open late.. When hung over women turned up. Went to pay money in and was told by lady not excepting old 20 notes I knew she just could not be bothered to count the money and was making excuse... Went to main post office and was told there was no reason whatsoever for that to happen... Disgraceful.. ..

I appreciate there being a post office here that has excellent opening hours
