Queen Street Post Office

Do not open within times provided. Says its open till 5pm on a sunday, Co-op sales assistant is not trained at taking delivery in and reported the appropriate post office staff has already "left for the day" and I was there at 3pm.

appalling service. only needed to use the post office a few times here so far and i’ve already had to go home with parcels in hand twice because their technology was broken or they could find the stickers. They’ll leave you waiting for ages to serve someone on the till instead of just ringing for another member of staff. Really untrained.

Says post office open on a sunday. Just went in there and it's not. Maybe you should update opening times for both co op and post office separately.

As per other negative reviews: closed earlier than times advertised.

Would score zero if allowed post office shut before opening times and told I could not collect my parcel even though closing time was 2 hour away not acceptable will not be using this parcel collection point again
