Second time here with 20 minute wait in normal business hours, because the PO is closed for 'balancing books' Polite if slightly unapologetic staff

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They lost a number of my parcels and today when i paid special attention to what they were doing I caught one man putting one of my parcels in the bag without printing the label (he admitted he couldn't work out how to do it). The lady's excuse was that they are only trained up to a certain level. She then miss printed a proof of postage.

Staff very often rude and unhelpful. Commonly too busy talking to each other to assist the customers. A badly laid out small shop, people queueing for post office services in the way of other shoppers. Shop seems to close for hours on end for no good reason. Avoid.

Really awful post office. Staff are either not adequately trained so are unable to process parcels, or have limited space so cannot take any more parcels. I've waisted my time here too many times and will not be returning.

I’ve used the post office a lot in the last week or so. While the TW High Street branch can’t even take parcels. This branch has and been fine. However, one minor issue stating it’s open until 9pm is actually wrong as apparently the computer system shuts down at 8:45pm. So waisted a trip. They know and have told the Post Office but nothing has changed.

I have stopped using this Post Office. Honestly, more often than not (5 times out of the last 6 visits), when I go I am told by the staff there that the Post Office counter is closed for one reason or another. Go into Southborough where they are always available or the main one in Tunbridge Wells.

Awful. Staff are unable to use the Post Office properly and they lose parcels. Constantly closing the PO whenever they feel like it and blaming "system failure".
