St George's Post Office

Really nice staff. The two guys on the post office are really helpful and patient. I went this morning to fix an issue, they were quite helpful, only if the issue was solved, but it is not their fault at all.

I have never had an issue when the lady in there as I go in there often but the other day a gentleman was in there and I tried to do a post office payout voucher for my gas, the man basically said we don't do it here, was blunt about it too. So I rang the payout company and they said it can be done in any post office and shouldn't be any issues with it. I went to whsmiths post office instead and they had no problems doing it in there, so I'll be using that one in the future

Excellent service at all times. The parcels for my small business are dealt with quickly and efficiently, with my proofs of posting available for collection the same day. Both Sue and Kitty are friendly and helpful at all times and I have never had cause for complaint. A great little shop and post office!

Come here most Sundays. Very happy with service. Training a new person today. But had no problems.

I visited here on a saturday afternoon. I wanted to post a parcel. One of the Staff Mr Anoop helped me a lot. He even suggested me to do some guaranteed posting and i could track it online. Such an awesome service.

Kitty is great, I never have any issues when she processes my parcels. The other staff almost never process my parcels the day I drop them off and just leave them sitting around sometimes for days. This means my customers get annoyed with me and also means my parcels aren't protected should they go missing or get stolen.

We just tried to call three times and the woman on the phone answered "hello, what do you want?" she did not give me time to answer before she hung up on me. Very rude customer service. We are new to the UK and we are shocked that a post office would talk to their customers like this.
