Very helpful staff. Smallish post office, but packed with goodies and the staff go out of their way to help you. Highly recommended.

Refused to send my package 2nd class saying it was too big. Checked Royal Mail website later and it said for roll packages such as mine they can be longer. Very annoying he doesn't know his services. Sent from a different Post Office with no problems.

As a builder I know how to use a measure tape but lady give me price of over sized parcel .shold be £16 but she went for £34 apart. Lifting voice and telling “don’t argue with me “ . Who she think she is . Got pictures and gonna report it for post office .

States on both google and the website the post office closes at 2pm on Saturdays. I arrive just after 1pm with 2 large parcels (as a small girl you can see I was clearly struggling to carry them??), Told they close at 1. So I say no? meant to close at 2 like it states online? Nope they closed early. Being bank holiday weekend I can't send anything until Tuesday now for what, the sake of the staff having an extra 1 hour not operating the post office counter? Just stared at me when I was trying to manuver the large parcels out the shop.
Rude staff, Open/close whenever they please.
