Royal Mail Leamington Spa Delivery Office

Honestly don't know how this business is allowed to be run like this. Missed delivery card states it's open 10 hours a day but the reality is 2-4 hours with times constantly changing - this has been going on since Jan to my knowledge, all you need to do is update the delivery card to reference your changing opening times and maybe direct people to the website.

Staff unhelpful at best and Royal Mail vans parked everywhere - double yellows, loading etc... so can't park anywhere near the office (which is almost always closed).

Utterly unacceptable. Someone is responsible for this and really needs to make some positive changes - it wouldn't be allowed for other postal/courier services why does this private company get to act like this?

A lovely postie found my daughter’s stolen driving licence and someone in the delivery office went to the effort of posting it back to us. Thank you so much - good people exist! 😊. P.s could you keep an eye out for her phone next please? 😁

Do your staff even attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour? Anyway I’ve been in before and mentioned that the opening hours need to be consistent with Google otherwise it’s my third time going there only to find it closed!

Hours on Google are wrong. Photo was taken today so hopefully this will cover you off for the next month. They keep changing their hours so use with caution.

My postie was changed recently and ever since then zero attempt was made to leave the parcel at a safe place or with neighbour. Everytime I go to the delivery centre it is a hassle because IT IS ALWAYS CLOSED BECAUSE THE HOURS ARE NEVER CORRECT.

Remember to take your ID, staff in the office are helpful but the hours and the delivery attempts are A JOKE.

The common complaint about this site, is the limited opening hours, Breaking News, there's a global pandemic, second most common complaint, grumpy staff. Well if you had to work at a site chronically short staffed, and every five minutes someone banged the counter demanding there parcel, you might be a bit snippy. Show a little common sense and patience, these are not ordinary times, and your parcel will get there when it arrives. You wouldn't go to an A&E department and dream of talking to over stretched NHS staff this way, but to some, Royal Mail staff seem fair targets. Stay safe, and stay calm..

Haven't had post for over 10 days, despite waiting for 7 parcels. Firstly, not sure how I would know if there's a strike? Secondly - just drove to delivery office to see if my parcels are in a pile there with no attempt to deliver and no card (this has happened before a couple of times). But Post office is closed at 12.30pm on a Monday - why???

Most unreliable service. It is never open!!! Been on a sunday at 1pm and it was closed. Ridiculous!!!

Went in today as I ordered something that hadn’t arrived. (I hadn’t had a card put through the door and husband works from home so very surprised we hadn’t had the item) the lady inside was very helpful. I arrived about 2 minutes to 2pm (they close at 2 on a Monday). She let me in but closed the door behind. She searched by my postcode and then my name and was eventually able to find the item. She was friendly and helpful and I could not fault her. I saw all the bad reviews and had been dreading going in however my experience was 5* so thank you!
