Definitely my favourite post office, staff are very helpful and friendly.

My favourite EVER Post Office! The perfect combination of efficient postal services and wonderfully welcoming and friendly, a really lovely local community place.

The gentleman at the counter gave absolutely perfect service. Helpful advice and assistance for sending my parcels. Went above & beyond to facilitate me and help. A day prior I had made an unsuccessful effort to try mailing the same gifts to my daughter at the Longbridge post office. She got her winter clothes in time only because of this superb post office staff at Crabbs Cross. They greeted everyone who came in personally and had lovely chats with them.
I posted the parcels before 10am on Monday and my daughter recived them in Europe on Friday.
