Friendly Lady Post Mistress - always helpful, great service

Extremely rude and threatening male member of staff here. He saw me approaching the store with a package in my hand and barked "POST OFFICE IS CLOSED NOW YOU'LL HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW". I asked him what time they shut so I knew for future reference (google opening times for this branch are wrong) and he said "half 5 like every other day" in such an unnecessarily rude way.
I suggest you brush up on customer service skills and don't shout at a young woman approaching the store. I felt threatened by his behaviour and won't be going back.

This place is a rarity nowadays: friendly, personal staff and such a well stocked shop.
There's nothing the post office can't do - even supply you with items that aren't immediately available on the shelves.

Appalling service, the man who runs it is extremely rude and unhelpful.

I have been using this shop for parcels drop off when I choose the Royal Mail for deliveries . Friendly people and in one instance the lady inside even helped me redacting the labels . I would definitely keep on using them.
