ARULOLI/post office

The staff are so friendly and kind. They have been helpful and efficient every time I visit. They always ask how I am and they take time to chat to my 2 year old daughter. There is a great sense of community spirit as I often hear the staff addressing customers by name. I send parcels out at least 3/4 times a week and although I live between two post offices I always go to this one.

Such lovely staff, so polite and friendly! It's not my most local post office but this is the one I am going to use it's worth the extra travel for the customer service.

It's lovely to see that some proper, traditional post offices are still around i.e. a post office that you enter and it really is a post office and not a converted shop/supermarket, with a dedicated table or a corner at the very end, labelled "post office"!
The staff working here are very quick to serve the customers and are incredibly friendly and welcoming; I do have post offices closer to me, but this one is definitely my favourite and the one that I will be choosing from now on. Very highly recommend :)

A new worker there was shouting at me because I am disabled and it takes me longer to hand them parcels. They even allowed a customer to join in. And the person serving me did not tell either of them to stop. I literally have a walking stick and the costumer even blocked the doorway with her trolley. But she's shouting at me. I shouldn't be treated undignified because of my differences.

Very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a clue what delivery my parcels needed or the bets way to send them. He worked out the best way and gave me some great advice to make my parcels safe. Thank you
