ARE YOU REALLY THAT INCOMPETENT?

I LIVE DOWN THE ROAD FROM YOU IN SUNBURY. ABOUT 200 YARDS AND YOU STILL SEND MY ITEMS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL? AND WHY AM I WAITING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE FOR NEARLY 40 MINUTES NOW??

Please note, at the moment this office is only open between 07.00 and 09.00 and closed Wednesday's....but you can only find out when you get there at 09.10. Which is nice....

You need a treasure map, a GPS and a sniffer dog to locate the entrance to this place.

When I did find it, it was closed. No explanation, no signage, just a padlocked gate.

The woman at the local post office told me it was closed because there's a strike today.

Is the aim of the strike to alienate and frustrate anybody that relies on this service?

Great, except I have a job and 8am till 10am doesn't really work for me (I would love to know who exactly it does work for).

Absolutely pathetic, the sheer amount of effort and time wasted on my part to retrieve a parcel that would have gone through my letterbox.

The gentleman on the desk went an extra mile today to help me which is why I gave 2 stars over 1. The fact that royal mail provide a click and drop service but dont provide a printer to print your labels when bringing the QR codes in is disgusting! You are a post office, sort yourselves out, you certainly charge an arm and a leg to be able to provide a printer f0r the convenience of your clients!!! Next you will be expecting us to print the labels, attach and then post the items ourselves, not happy at all.

Wasted my time walking down there at 16:45 and arrived at 17:05 to find the hours on Google that say 09:00-17:30 don't remotely reflect the hours on the door of 08:00-11:50....The sign doesn't look like it's anywhere near new either. Another no star review

Helpful staff but opening hours are too restricted. Closes at 10am most days apart from Saturdays (noon).

Usually very helpful team, but please update your google info as your opening times are wrong, understandably needed to change during the pandemic but a quick update of your web info would save customers a lot of hassle. Thanks
