Maida Hill Post Office

Stripped to the bear minimum. There are a few counters and a photo booth. Too bad it is not combined with a stationary shop as you can’t buy any envelope, scotch tape, pens,... quick and efficient though which I guess is the most important in this case.

40 minute wait. Huge lines. And some people just push in... It feels really dog eat dog. The person who pushed in today justified it by saying they only need a stamp. Seriously.
The people who work here are very lovely, but unfortunately there is also a language barrier. I have asked for signed for and received standard postage at one point. It is not something that would bother me once, but there are often communication errors. I prefer using other post offices in the area, they offer a more pleasant experience.

Soheila was very nice and helpful, every visit I have here is pleasant. Her customer service is excellent and please let her know she is doing a good job .

One of the best experiences ever. One of the clerks used her own Internet to chase my parcel up and helped me to find it after 2 weeks waiting, which was lost by royal mail. If I asked them at the first step, I would find it earlier.

I came in today to get a licence processed- I believe I was seen by Shazan.. (I do not remember his name exactly) but he was FANTASTIC. Very helpful, friendly and got me all sorted in less than no time. Wonderful service

Been using this PO for years now, since the manager took over it's improved. He's very helpful and kind. I especially like the Indian lady who sits at the far end next to the parcel machine, she's always very helpful, kind, understanding and has great people skills. Sure there are queues at busy times, Monday Tuesday and Saturdays. It's just how it is.
