Just to confirm it is indeed the Worst post office ever. Congratulations Royal Mail does not care at all ❤️

Guy working there hasnt got a clue.. tried posting a large letter which fitted through the bracket fine and claimed it wouldnt fit. I post the same size letters at plenty of different post offices no problem.. time to get someone in that actually knows how to do his job maybe?? Embarassing.

I always try to avoid to send out parcels from this s*** shop but this morning I had to: The guys in charge of the postal service is the MOST UNFRIENDLIEST SUBJECT I have ever met in the UK. You don’t understand a word he says and he’s literally just yelling. Wow! Never ever again! I rather deliver my parcels in person. Horrible horrible horrible personality! Shame

Been twice and the service is simply appalling.
Today I had to send important documents and I was forced to go somewhere else (unfortunately far), can't cope with another stressful and time consuming experience.

Royal Mail are you there??

I dread going to this post office - the rudeness and contempt the staff display is off the scale. Sometimes I go instead to Lavender Hill, just for a friendly, stress-free experience. And yes, I am local - 2 minutes away from the godawful place.

Unfortunately, all of the negative reviews for this Post Office are completely warranted. Total incompetence, and an appalling lack of service.

They do their job with hatred. and they shout. also the post code was wrong when i exited. I entered again, I said, and without looking at the last letter, she got angry again. After seeing that he was wrong, she did not apologize and continued to speak with the same anger. man and woman, both rude. a disrespectful post office I will never go again.
