Clare Road Post Office

As a customer, I'm really upset and disappointed. The service is all the time rubbish. I go there a lot as I frequently send parcels to my family abroad and this is unfortunately the closest library in the area. The workers of the post-office are always looking miserable and when needed to help they are just useless. One of the parcel I sent lately (to one of my good friends to her newly born baby) went missing so I called them to inquire about it and the woman at the post-office was in a rush to hang up on me asking for a receipt that I've unluckily lost but still have the statement proving I used their services

I moved two years ago to this area where this office become my local post office. To be fair I was surprised to read all these bad comments. The staff always friendly and helpful in giving information whenever I had to ask them

Went to this post office in my 30 minute lunch break working at the hospital. Had spent £30 for click and drop on two parcels. I explained to the lady that I didn't have much time and had paid for click and DROP so have previously not had to queue for this service and despite being stood at an empty counter she told me she didn't care and told me I had to queue in a different queue. I left as I did not have time for this and even if I did I was not putting up with her vile customer service. There have clearly been a number of complaints about her and I have no idea how she still works there when she's clearly incapable of behaving like a decent human being.

The guy with glasses behind the post office counter is a gem. Lovely guy, always cheerful.
The blonde woman behind the shop counter is has no customer service. Gossips about customers thinking they can't hear her.

Fantastic service! I accidentally posted a card without a stamp and the Manager kindly caught the postman and put a stamp on for me. Above and beyond his job. Thanks so much!

Our company had a major issue with DPD delivering to a nearby company and there excuse for taking the 3 parcels to the post office for our client to collect was pathetic. Anyway the man who helped us recover the situation was Saylesh from the post office who felt my pain and very kindly delivered to our client rather than returning the 3 parcels back to us. He is a true legend and thank you very much.

This is meant to to open at 9, it's already 9:15 and nobody is here to serve customers.
They should understand we have work to go to. Absolutely ridiculous.

I always get the best and friendly service ☺️
