Royal Mail - Fulham Road

Extremely rude and passive aggressive staff who don't seem to know what they're paid to do. They think that infantilising customers is appropriate and can't be bothered to do them anything other than a DISservice. It's an utter joke to call this a customer SERVICE point. Royal mail - please take note.

Claimed I missed a delivery when I was home and pretty sure they didn't even bother to ring.
Went there with the email telling me it's available to collect at their station and with the tracking code. Was told to come back with the paper they left in my mailbox EVEN THOUGH the email said it's enough itself to collect.
Complete waste of time. They usually throw packages in the lobby of my building. But suddenly they are being very "diligent". SHAME

Very rude person I had to speak too, same experience with same person a year ago. Humiliating experience and disgusting attitude. Will select a pick up in store and hope will never go back again to this place, I am speechless regarding such a treatment to the people, he didn’t even let me speak or explain anything regarding the delivery, what a shame.

Absolutely garbage customer service, told them no one rang the bell, he looked at me and laugh saying “I’d be surprised if he did” excuse me??? I’m wasting time to collect packages that should arrive at my own house but because Royal Mail people are so lazy to do their job. Really really bad. The stupidity of these people always surprise me

Always a friendly service. They will accept a bank card with your name on it as ID. I've seen entitled, privilaged scumbags come in here and be rude and talk down to staff who are just doing their job

Absolutely rubbish. It’s a good office in an excellent location but staff really need to be changed! Useless staff, lazy and inefficient and rather cheeky too!

Rudest staff I ever dealt with in my life. It’s just shocking!!
