Probably the worst delivery office in the UK. I sent a parcel via 24 hour delivery last week, it was received by Jubilee MC the following day and they are just delivering the parcel today. Only 6 days late. I think you’d be quicker sending your parcels via carrier pigeon.

Just awful. I ordered an item online which was sent 1st class and received by Royal Mail on 7 October. The item is urgent and needed for post operative care. It is now 12 October and the item still has not been delivered. Royal mail aims to deliver first class the next day (excluding Sunday). It has now been 4 working days and the item has not been delivered. It was last scanned at Jubilee Mail Center on 8 October. There is strike action tomorrow, meaning that the earliest I will now possibly receive the item is 14 October (that will be 7 business days, a far cry from the next day delivery). What a joke of a service.

They've had my parcel for far too long. Not only that but I live in eastbourne. So even if they decide to stop holding my parcel ransom I've probably still got to wait an aditional number of days for it to arrive. Not very happy as the item was supposed to be a gift but is now very belated. Even though I ordered it in plenty of time prior to the date I needed it. They've had it so long that the day has passed.

What a Joke of a place. What are the clowns here even doing? There are so many negative reviews, you'd think someone would have noticed something's just not working over there.

Here's my funny story. My express parcel was stuck for 6 days in London, less than an hour distance away from my house. No help from calling, no way for me to do anything, just stuck and coming late.

I ordered some items on the 25th November on Tracked 48 and the parcel has just been sat here since the 2nd of December. I understand Royal Mail have strikes on which is fine and I wouldn't mind the wait if it wasn't for the fact this is apparently the norm for this particular sorting centre. I can't even get the items I wanted now as they were limited availability so I settled for a refund because I assume my parcel is just gone but this is absolutely abysmal.

I've never had this issue with Royal Mail before and the fact that there's 100s of these reviews is disgusting

Having an e commerce shop I sell items all over the world. One has ended up here on 21/12/22 it’s now 7/1/23 and no movement. As with all the other reviews what is going on at this place? Why does every courier company have issues and are unable to do their job. I spend so much time chasing parcels that inept staff seem unable to get out of the sorting office. Now I have a lengthy claims process and an unhappy customer who has likely had their parcel stolen.

Useless dump. Sent a parcel 48hr tracked which is supposed to be prioritised during the strikes and it got to this place in 24 hours and hasn't moved now in over 9 days... Can't get any response from RM Customer service on social media and get cut straight off when trying to phone. Hopefully they are all soon sacked....
