Ruxley Corner Post Office/ Food & Wine

Jamie has been absolutely incredible today and yesterday! He helped me repack some items which were really important for me to send to my family. He never once complained and nothing was too much to ask! Then today I accidentally made an error on one of my parcels and he quickly was able to help and rectify it for me. He was not difficult about it - he did it for me straight away. I have never come across such a positive and helpful person and despite it being so busy at the post office he still went above and beyond to ensure I was happy! I will definitely be going there again and I would be more than happy to travel the 20 minute drive for such an amazing service!!!! Thank you Jamie! It’s much appreciated for all you’ve done.

Have known the owners Jamie and Abney for over 30 years. This is my local post office.
Very helpful and friendly.
Always helps you if you need any help at the post office.
Always have a lovely chat when I go in there which is most weeks.

I had to post an international parcel today and it was going to be very overweight and expensive . The owner of the shop was so nice, he really went out of his way to help me repackage another box, and even when the shop got busy he continued to help me in a calm way, which I am very grateful for. Thank you!

Needs improvement, cx shouldn't tell the chap behind counter how to post items... OK if he needs learning but such attitude & terrible service, bloke at front can't assess situation, not even size& which category of my letter!... FYI signed for delivery is tracked, clue is the title tracking number, isn't it.. , learn yr trade! he had no clue what he is doing, but instead communicating hr just denied everything, proper comic scenes for YouTube 😂 🙈 . I will stick to my favourite PO in future who I never had issues with interestingly and he knows everything, not reluctant to help out (and ta da I know more re labels now than this chap above lol) and never ever had attitude with anyone ...

Great shop well worth it.Customer service is excellent, The staff are always cheery and helpful and it’s a pleasure dealing with them and a big Thank You to the staff you don’t see………although the staff I have met are Lovely 👍.

I honestly don't do Google reviews but really this company is very disappointing.
There a tall man with glasses who asks very personal questions in a insulting way.

I have been using this post office and shop for many many years now .if I'm passing (as I don't live near it) I will use the post office which is quite often and I couldn't ask for a friendlier and more helpful husband and wife team . Lovely people. Fantastic service and helpful .
I have to disagree with with the bad reviews .some people have no manners and too impatient and always think it's someone else's fault .I come across rude people in queues alot . Get huffy after waiting less than a minute in a queue

You don't get many post offices opening like they do with those hours. Brilliant service .

Nice post office in the neighbourhood where basically all postal services are available. The staff was very helpful as I was sending some important documents. The staff was patient and instructed me step by step what I should do. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
