I used their services twice and never going to do it again. Very confusing with bad customer service.
First time there was absolutely no customers and 2 cashiers at the tills. I approached the counter to post few parcels just to be told to use self-service tills, which took me much longer than it would at the counter. Second time, except of posting parcels I had to make a cash deposit, so first I had to wait to the till to make the deposit, then I had to go to self-service to post my parcels because the lady wouldn't accept them, but the label for the last one wasn't printed properly so again I had to go to the counter for someone to fix it. So regardless that I was just 3rd in the queue when I came I spent over half an hour in there...

Frustrating beyond words . They are obviously massively under staffed and my heart does go out to them but at the same time they don’t help themselves. Any of the advertised services that they feel takes too much time they refuse to do ‘We don’t do that here anymore’ was the stock line . Woman in front of me using the the business counter was fed the same line but she stood her ground insisted that they do . I couldn’t be bothered to argue with the lady who refused to serve me . Other than sending a parcel don’t bother will be a waste of a journey .

Don't trust this post office with your passports/driver's license etc. Sent mine from here and it was never received

I’m going to be completely honest.

I have been going to this post office since 2021- frequently about 2-3 times a week. Some days it’ll be completely empty and other times it will be busy. HOWEVER, the people working there can’t help that they’re understaffed as clearly they aren’t in charge of hiring people? I’ve had to queue 20 mins before but some people just have to have patience and be polite. I’ve never had a problem with the staff- they’ve always helped me carry my parcels, always been polite and helpful. What I’ve actually seen is customers being rude and snappy at them for issues that are out of their control E.g. machine isn’t working or they’re understaffed. From just observing the last few years, it is definitely the customers that come across as rude- I’ve even had people push in front of me etc and the staff have told them to go to the back of the line. Clearly is just people not treating others with kindness.

Post offices nowadays are never a good experience, so the bar is incredibly low. Rude staff who refused to help (bit rich since there are signs everywhere asking not to be rude to them and people were nothing but kind in comparison).

There was an elderly man who was straight out ignored, shouted at and scoffed to when he was struggling and asked for help. They shouted at folks in the queue, walked off for considerable amount of times, mumbled, then got snarky with anyone asking to repeat themselves…absolute shambles.

They refuse to process post at the service points and instead make everyone tediously do it at the self service, in which only one works. I'm a fan of the self service but not everyone is and what should have been a one minute job turns into five. I also wanted to buy stamps and none were available at the machine AND the woman refused to serve me at the proper kiosk? Sorry, I can't buy stamps at the post office?

I know post offices are basically franchised out now but if they cared about their reputation they'd remove whoever owns/manages it and replace them.

Tried to drop off a parcel 20mins before the advertised closing time on a Sunday to find they had shutdown all the machines early and were no longer taking any more packages at the desk because they were "too busy cashing up". Lots of unhappy customers coming in to try and make the last post with important letters or deliveries being turned away. There were at least four staff working so surely someone should have kept things open until the advertised closing time or cashed up after.

Avoid the postal delivery service if you can, I found the postal staff to be rude and slow :(

Have to agree with other reviews, this post office is awful. Went at 11:30am on a Saturday and left because there was a long queue and no-one behind the counter, to come back at 1:30 to find there is still no-one behind the counter and only one (unfriendly) person running the two self service machines, which aren't actually self service when the staff have to log in at the end to verify and take the parcel!
