One of the worst post offices I've been to. The post office is closed randomly sometimes because the system is down. The wait is always unbelievable, they always have a maximum of 3 people serving although most of the time is even less staff. The queues are unbelievable due to the lack of staff, I have waited for 1 hr and a half before just to return a parcel with a QR code and this is a very common occurrence. Seriously bad post office due to the lack of staff, I write as I am in the queue waiting for an HR so far! Unreal!!

This must be one of the worst Royal
Mail branches I’ve ever had to use. The lines are forever long, on average from
My visits I have only ever seen max 2 of the 4 stations open to serve customers.

4 times in a row only one till open and very rude and abrupt staff occasionally working the floor.

I must say the head offices do need to look into this branch.

Waiting to be served for over 40 minutes is not good enough

If you would like to spend your whole lunch hour at this post office, it’s the place for you. Seriously long queues, rude staff that do not care for customers. Don’t go here, go somewhere else. They had one person on the till with 20 people in the queue. I had to ask the 2 other employees who were just talking/ doing irrelevant tasks to go on the till and actually do some work to get the queue moving. Horrendous.

Not fit for purpose. no longer functioning as a post office should.
Today 15 people in queue and about 40 mins wait. 6 tills, 2 boarded off for the past 6 months, 3 closed, one working (number 6). Sign for till numbers no longer in use, I'm assuming because the never open more than one? Hand written barely legible sign - "no driving licenses", "no passports". Remains of other signs torn from walls. Litter and post labels stuffed under all the machines, a serious fire risk. Dirt and waste paper everywhere, a real mess. Bin overflowing. One person serving, one walking about. The branch manager is not doing their job, sack them, close the branch and start again, it's past the point of recovery. If you can't run a Post Office in Slough, give up and don't waste our time pretending you can.

Absolutely shambles, the worst post office I have been to. To the point I’m having to write a review. Both the self service not in use and requires staff assistant but staff is clueless. Two counters being served but one lady being overworked whilst the other one doesn’t even know how to deposit a cheque. Waited 40 min to be served

Welcome to the world of worst service ever possible. Slower than snail, and complaining gets a strong rebuttal from the only local lady)
If you are retired and/ or jobless, lonely, time isn't a problem and have very strong knees to stand for couple of hours, you might have hit a jackpot here.

Only 1 person on the till when there is a long queue. People who have been referred to fill in forms are then allowed to jump to the front to return the forms. Great service (not)

One of the worst post offices I've been to. The wait is always unbelievable, they always have a maximum of 2 people serving although most of the time is even less staff. The queues are unbelievable due to the lack of staff, I have waited for 1 hr and a half for sia payment ,the first lady who was handling regarding letter/BRP said me they are not accepting sia payment and when i showed her office on the internet from sia email it was showing that post office accepting and provide services for SIA then she replied you have to talk with manager then i went toward manager who was handling money she said we accept and we have to do on tablet but the tablet not works well this is a story of slough high street post office ,if they cant perform well they should leave the job
