This was our third visit. The lady behind the till was extremely nice. One of the best customer service I have ever seen. The total opposite of rude staff in Hampton Green Post Office. The lady helped us with the right envelope, right postage, she even wrote the address to the parcel and explained the whole process of sending tracked package. We are grateful!! Also Everydays is a great shop, they staff is always smiling in all their branches!

Very bad service. I wanted to top up my gas and electric and they don’t accept card only cash. On top of that I came here 8 minutes before closing time so at 22:52 on 31st of August 2022 and the guy said that he wouldn’t allow to top me up and that it’s not his business and to go elsewhere. I said that it’s very late and that I won’t find anywhere else to top up my gas and electric key cards at this time. He said he didn’t care in a very confident and evil way and that he didn’t want to serve us to top up the British gas electric and gas key cards. He was very rude shouting at us ladies and he even said he doesn’t care if I come back again or not. I will not come back to this shop anymore which I have been for the past 3/4 years. Absolutely disgusting service.

Postage an expensive item and the tracking showed it had not been collected, I went back to enquire (office was closed when I got there) and was I told it had indeed not been collected and was sitting at the back of the shop and not even in a secure area.

Was dropping off prepaid parcel yesterday for express delivery, parcelforce said it would be collected that day and was high cost item. They didn't tell me collection had been done in morning so I could take elsewhere. When I asked why she wouldn't tell me she was as usual rude and when I told her that now this item might not get where it was going before my stepdads death she said "that's your problem". Rude, insensitive cow. I may not have reacted in the most ladylike manner but my god....how do these people get into customer service? The post office should be ashamed.

Please count your money properly before handing it over to the lady. I realised later she didn’t transferred some of my money into my account.

Has everything you need inside. There's even an ATM inside. Great service consistently

Very poor quality of service here. This is our local post office and I always get a bad service.
They do not communicate well and often make mistakes with parcels. For example sending a parcel I sent back to my home address as they label the wrong side of parcels.
They do not communicate the changes due to Brexit so we have had to pay excess amounts and the items we send usually get sent back because of charges etc.

Rude lady behind the cashier's desk. She was extremely hostile initially, then she coughed twice without covering her mouth and became belligerent once I stated that in this climate that that is not appropriate. The post office section is very untidy and I had to step over merchandise in order to avoid stumbling. I will not be patronising here again.
