Hornsey Road 507 Post Office

AWFUL experience! Staff is SO rude. Please go elsewhere, avoid the headache and disrespect you will encounter here. For your own sanity, avoid this place like the plague.

The lady behind the counter seemed very annoyed I had a lot of parcels to post (ie doing her job). She was short and unprofessional. She advised in the future I print out the postage online 'to help both of us'. No wonder Post Offices are closing if this is the attitude of their staff.

Very bad service. Sometime is open other times is close when it supposed to he open. The lady did not help at all, makes my life difficult. I could not return parcels i wanted. The only suggestion was I could buy some items from the off license that it is her husband. Never again.

Friendly family run post office, usually open on Saturdays til late afternoon. Very helpful and much quieter than the Stroud green post post office

I dont like very bad service they never talk nicely they are very rude every time we went there they said our printer not working

Lovely friendly family run Post Office that I have been using for years. Very helpful, I have a online shop so I use this post office regularly. Many post offices have had to close during the pandemic at times and this post office had a written sign on the door advising of a weekly change at one point which was helpful.

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional, shop is dirty inside, dust everywhere, gone off products still on shelves. Never know when it’s open or closed. Bad covid guidelines. Over priced and altogether a nasty shop. Will never be attending again and will be spreading the word. The woman who serves is disrespectful to customers. Don’t even deserve 1 star
