Royal Mail Epsom Delivery Office

I asked them plenty of times to leave my parcel with any neighbour because I'm usually away and they ignore me... Now I'm trying to call them and ask if my brother could pick up the parcel for me and they don't even answer the bloody phone... I've been trying like 20 minutes now

They managed to lose my Special Delivery Next Day item at this collection office. No one bothers to pick up a phone, once they do they promised manager to call back, but again manager also doesn't bother to call.

Long opening hours, including Sunday. Basic counter, and not much space, but it is the main parcel depot for Epsom. Quick counter service.

Friendly and efficient staff. Just had to immediately edit my review saying check the website for opening times as it seems they both say different things! Guess we should rely on what's listed outside the building as the people updating that are closer to all the worker's schedules.

Website opening hours are wrong, it says it's open till 8pm on a Thursday, got down there to find it only opens 8-10 am. How are you supposed to get a signed for item if you work?

I got there at 16 h post office closed. It’s supposed to be open between 16-20 h. I’ve wasted my time as the site online does not mention that it’s open only until 14h. Ridiculous!!!!

Friendly staff and they take amazon returns and print labels for the amazon returns.
Not really any parking :(

A main post office branch with zero parking nearby. Id say whoever works here has got it easy!
