The worst staff in the world, I would actually rather drive and drop my post off at its destination than deal with the people here. Royal Mail should look into having its name attached to such an awful post office and the people there should make some changes to their lives that they clearly hate. 0/10 do not shop here.

The owners of this post office - especially the younger and older ladies - are fantastic. On multiple occasions they’ve gone out of their way to help me with various things. A great local post office.

Extremely rude old man at the post office counter, I was nice and polite and he kept speaking to me like he was a prison officer and I was a criminal. It was completely unacceptable to be mistreated in this way for no reason. This man needs to be replaced, going to the post office should not be such an unpleasant experience and the neighbourhood deserves better than that.

Worst post office in Fulham! Worst customer service! Staff need training on how not to look so miserable and are down right rude!
I would rather travel further away to a post office that offer GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would award zero stars! Unable to opt for zero stars, due to being able to post this review.

Can honestly say I’ve never had a nice experience at this post office. Every person I’ve come into contact with has always been rude to me.
I was picking up a parcel today and I wasn’t even greeted nicely and as soon as I started to say I was picking up a parcel, I was cut off with “can I see your ID” no please just incredibly poor customer service. Fulham deserves a friendly post office than this one.
I sincerely hope the branch manager reads these reviews and inputs changes.

Just because the post office is a necessity to those around it doesn’t mean changes to customers service can’t be implemented!

I went to this brunch of the post office, to mail a few different items, at the first counter they were talking and ignored me completely, bare in mind I’m the only customer inside. I approached the other counter as it was open and he had just served someone as I came in, I begin to ask “hi there, can I ask a question” and before I could finish he just yelled: front counter!!! I go to the front counter and begin to ask my question and the laid asks me to pay for the envelope before anything else, I just wanted to ask a question, so she waves me off and say “ask him” at this point appalled by they rudeness express how rude they were and I just wanted to ask a question to make sure that I get the right envelope so I left to never return.

Terrible experience, nearly every time I go in, and I've lived round here all my life. These folk picked up the service from a Post Office service, that closed up, but used to be a couple of blocks further down the Fulham Road. It was small but the staff lovely.

I'm writing today because today was just that 'one too many' incidences for me not to write.

This morning, the shop opened a couple of minutes late, which I thought a little unprofessional for a postal service, but then I realised the big clock that sits at the back of the PO is out by two minutes. Sorry... but for me, it's an eye rolling moment. The postal services run to time. Its post offices should do the same.

I then stood and watched as two customers, each with huge parcels, stood in line for a few minutes, before being told by the lady at the side counter, which doesn't seem connected to the PO, that they could put their boxes behind her counter without queuing. Why on earth she made them wait in line, without telling them as soon as they entered and stood right in front of her counter, is just another instance of how much they really take care of their customers.

As for me, I had an ebay return package. Clearly labelled as such. It wasn't a big package, a 6x8 jiffy bag envelope, which had stated on the address label, to hand over at the post office to get a record of the return tracking information. Important if you want a refund.

As I pushed it under his window towards him, the chap, who's the owner, shook his head and pushed it back, without looking at it. I said that on the label it said I had to take it to a PO to get tracking information. As if in disbelief, he asked me where it said it! I was a bit stumped. If he'd taken the package, he would have seen it. I pointed it out, saying it was an eBay return.

"What's in it?" he asked.

I told him it was a phone screen. He then took the package, looked at it, then pushed it back under the window at me and asked me to hold it up so he could scan it. Again, this beggars belief. Why take it and then push it back to me to hold up to scan, when he could have scanned it himself???

When I asked what the problem might have been, why it had been questionable, he said "If it's a Covid test, we aren't allowed to take it." Since when have eBay dispensed Covid tests???

If he'd simply taken the package and bothered to look at the label, without making me go through a humourless inquisition, one where I was being spoken to as if I was the stupid one, this review may not have been written.

I only go into this PO if I have no alternative. In this case, I needed a speedy return, or else I'd have taken it to another PO further away. I dread walking in there as I don't know what level of humiliation or condescension I will be subjected to... and remember, I've lived round here all my life... that's a lot of incidents of rudeness.

Truly lacking in any kind of valuable customer service, Royal Mail should really investigate these people and pull them up on their customer service skills. Better still, award the contract to someone else.

Best avoided, unless you really have to use them.

I can confidently say this is probably the WORSE most UNHELPFUL post office in the UK if not the world. Anything that doesn’t make them money or commission they won’t accept. From sending off Tfl applications to buying your own postage beforehand, they won’t take your letters with Royalmail stamps if you didn’t buy it from them there and then, if you ask them to mail it for you. It’s just a shamble really and I leave feeling disappointed time and time again. Severely needs new management or head office needs to intervene as they avoid doing many things that most post offices do.

By the way if I could rate minus 7 star I would.
