Queensway Post Office

The two PO staff I dealt with here are incredibly unfriendly and quickly became passive aggressive. Both times I was called to the window I was immediately ignored (one having a conversation and the other sending a text message while I stood at the window). Use another post office if you can.

The man running the desk at the front, I assume independent of the post office, is great however. Friendly, offered to help me choose the right packaging, and sealed a tube for me.

This is the second review I've ever written on Google Maps in years so it should say something.

Excellent local post office with exceptional service, all staff are always friendly and helpful. Sumbal served me today and was as always very cheerful and extremely professional, a credit to the Queensway post office!

Excellent. Regular use their service four times a week. Staffs are professional and friendly. I don’t know why there are lots of one-star. For me, it is an excellent post office, and I love visiting it—Special Thanks to Sumbal, who always answers my question professionally and with patience.

All staff are very friendly, except the girl called Sumbal. Shes very rude, she does not say hello, she keeps texting her friends while I was waiting in front of her, she throws the receipt and its not polite at all. The worst customer service ever. VERY LAZY GIRL. Also, she was polite today because she asked me to give her a 5 star review. Please do something about her.

My experience at Queensway post office was really great. The staff overall were welcoming and specially Sumbal.

My turn came at the window where Sumbal greeted myself, my sister in law and my two little nephew’s with a smile and acknowledged all of us.

She was very professional and friendly at the same time. She assisted us in collection of BRP and was very thorough in checking the ID’s and made sure we had everything secured correctly before we left. I was so impressed with her service and would recommend this post office.

Sumbal is an asset to this post office and management should recognise her hardwork because usually post office’s are a hectic and fast paced enviornment yet she gave us proper time without rushing us and answered all our questions which is going extra mile in my eyes in customer service.

Massive thanks Sumbal for making our experience great and smooth.

There was a long queue outside, and took me 10mins to go up to the till. There was a lot of frustrated customers and even saw one arguing. When it was my turn, I asked the guy about his day and we even cracked a joke. The staff in the other cubicle even joined in. Made my day. Please be kind to staff, theyre trying their best. <3

Yesterday
I came to collect my BRP . I am really thankful that girl name “SUMBAL” 👍🏻Very friendly service by her . Great start in london. Hope to see her again. Lovely girl.

The lady with her hair down who usually sits in the middle is incredibly rude, passive aggressive and racist. However, the guy who works separately at the packing/souvenir point is very informative and always provide the perfect service. It would be shame to see this branch shutting down due to one person behaving terribly.
