Post Office Waltham Cross

I have so many dealings with this sorting office and they are always so helpful and polite. They go the extra mile to help, and are so patient. A company told me they haven’t received my returns and the staff at the sorting company were doing everything they could to try and help me locate the tracking number on my parcel as I forgot to take a photo of it!

Unfortunately the postman failed to deliver our item he left a card saying no one in, when i was. Attended the Waltham Cross sorting office the following Saturday at 410pm as their website states its open till 5pm. Unfortunately they displayed a sign at the door saying closed at 4pm on a Saturday.
Attended a second time on Sunday this time the computer was 'down' so my item could not be collected.
I've still not got my parcel.
As any teacher might say.....room for improvement !

They move the goal posts constantly according to how nice the weather is outside!! Website said it closes at 5pm and note on door says 4pm - given i was just sent glowers and they were returned (thanks for using your loaf by leaving with a neighbour…NOT! ) i will be collecting an assortment of dead stems - thank you so much!!

This review is for the post office in WHSmith in Waltham Cross as I can't seem to find the actual page for some reason.

The staff are slow and incompetent. The guy with glasses dealing with parcels always says 'NEXT' in a tone that sounds like he's taking his final few breaths. Very rude and has the personality of a fish.

Awful. I haven’t received “24 hour” tracked delivery and says on their app my parcel will be delivered on a specific day and it doesn’t come. Then 2 days later it will arrive so a “24 hour” delivery will take 3 days and as I anticipated it to come in 1 I have worked around this. It turns up nearly 3 days late and I am not there to receive it so I have to pick it up and of course the post man/woman doesn’t leave my red slip. This has happened twice. When I eventually got the parcel it actually fits through the letterbox! Whomever was meant to post it either forgot and couldn’t be bothered to come back or they’re genuinely just stupid. This has happened multiple times. Will be avoiding Royal Mail at all costs.

Postman left the card says no one at home , that's not true, so went to post office to deliver my items but they closed earlier than mentioned on website, by the way not respect to customers change timetable on their website.

They are dreadful and pretend to deliver items they're not even carrying with them. Instead, they push the notification through the door and rush away without knocking on the door or even attempting to deliver. And then the redelivery never works and I have to pick up the item at the post office anyway. What's the bloody point?

pretty nice actually, the customer service is nice, make sure to bring ID when collecting your parcel as it is required which is good to ensure better security for our parcels ❤️
