The Vale Post Office

I'm a regular user of this post office for our business, Mr Hussein, the new general manager seems to be professional, polite and very helpful.

The previous owners of this post office were there for many years, so a tough act to follow, thankfully we seem to be in safe hands with the new owners.

Such a great post office. Altaf Malek is such a kind and helpful person, always there with a smile. The early and late opening hours are so convenient. Plus they have anything you could need if you’re looking for envelopes/boxes/packing equipment.

Mr Hussen and his team are brilliant polite efficient and always helpful, during the pandemic they stayed open late and supported the community. Very much like a traditional Post Office I remember as a child. Keep up the good work

My wife came home today and was so happy with the service there. She said they were friendly and efficient and such a change from other post office employees. She particularly mentioned Mr Malek and another gentleman whose name she did not catch unfortunately. Great job!

Great customer service by Mr Hussein. quick service, no queues and always a friendly face. Being able to do my banking at my local post office especially now all the banks close to me are closed is a life saver.

All very lovely staff members, greeted with a smile and always willing to assist in any way they can. They have made an extra special effort this year in creating a festive experience for the locals with their aesthetically decorated Teller Windows and even went as far as putting up a well lit Christmas tree. Hope they continue doing this every year. Love to see it!!!!

Very helpful and efficient with company post of Veloso Tours. We pay in advance for.postage so that we can quickly drop the packages without queuing and the staff take care of postage reliably.

I've been using this post office for at least 15 years and I have never had any problems staff are polite and helpful and find it hard to get to bank so is also great for banking.
