Long queue plus two of the three self service machines didn't work. Also using self service often means you still need to hand over to a member of staff so back to the queue you go.

A truly miserable experience.

Incredibly hard working staff but there just aren't enough of them. Obvious managerial incompetence lets this place down as Sunday afternoon is consistently a busy period with mostly only one counter open.

I want to stress that the counter staff themselves work incredibly hard and as efficiently as they can.

I have never had any problems in this office. is also well stocked about paper work and stuff.

1 worker at peak hours. 50 min queue to pick up 1 parcel. Disgraceful

Went in there around 4-5pm on a regular weekday with something silly like large letter to send (needed tracking nr though). The queue was long 10+ people, all the self serving machines were off & only 2 cashiers positions were open. Don't get me wrong, both ladies were super nice & as fast as they can be but I must have spent there 40mins before I got to the window!! With people sighing, quietly cursing & rolling their eyes at each other, it was exhausting!! Really terrible.

***Royal Mail, get your act together! There are 6 (I think) cashier positions available inside but 4 seem to be out of use. I get the cuts & austerity but this is Bromley High Street, it's busy all the time.

Poorly trained staff who are oblivious to any type of service, as an online seller its important to have my pre paid parcels scanned and put on a batch receipt, This person didn't know who to do this so instead of being scanned and bagged, each parcel she scanned/postcode entered on computer then had to walk 5 meters to weigh it, then walk back and then put weight put into computer ... they did this for each parcel. absolutely ridiculous (something that takes 1 min in every other single post office takes them 20min)

Well...I was quite disappointed arriving in Geneva Switzerland today just to find out that the money I've bought from the Post office yesterday were not in circulation from about 2 years ago!!! Good luck to me tomorrow to find an open bank on a Saturday so I can change them! Thanks post office for adding a lovely charge to my bank account! Please be aware!

The Post office is seriously understaffed ! There was only one clerk today (Sunday!) . She was ever so busy but her customer service skills were exeptional. She was polite and efficient . Thank you !
