Hayesford Park Post Office

Well, if you thought customer service was a thing of the past then come to this place. It's miles away from my home, but close to my work which makes it great for Amazon pick ups. Reliable, Consistent, Super Friendly, Great With Postal Advice and it's even in a well stocked newsagent come convenience store. This sub post office could teach the main post offices a thing or two. Long may it continue to serve this community!

The best post office, the staff are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I tend to go 2/3 times a week and never have to wait long at all, and the transactions and quick and easy to make with the staff offering postage options which are a cheaper alternative that I thought. Highly recommend!

We run a small business and have been using this Post Office for a few years. The staff are are all very polite and helpful. We moved house a year ago but always drive here as we found they delivered the best service in the local area. We haven't had any issues in years, we highly recommend Hayesford Park Post Office.

This Post office has been my saving grace.
I have a small business and I go to the post office daily. In all other local post offices I had had to wait for long periods of time and then been greeted with unpleasant staff.
However this post office is efficient, helpful and always polite. They make my daily visits a breeze and are always their to go above and beyond. They are fabulous.

I run a small eBay business so I tend to bust the post office 2 or 3 times a week. I have 2 other post office’s near me but I prefer to go to Hayesford Park as all the staff are truly amazing. They are always happy to help, they give me advice on which postal service to use and also recommend a cheaper option (if it’s available). Well done to you all. Keep up the good job. I have been using this local post office for many years and always found the staff extremely helpful but even more so during COVID restrictions. The staff have done a sterling job during these difficult times despite being very busy. The gentleman behind the counter is very knowledgeable and does his best to assist his customers efficiently and fairly.

Always friendly and efficient. As I lived round the corner in these days proof of who I was was easily confirmed.
I always preferred to use the local service of the post office and their convenience store for my newspapers and on demand groceries .
