Royal Mail Premier Park Delivery Office

I tried to get there, and google maps sent to a blocked path, after that it took me another hour to get finally in there, and then, i started waiting like half an hour for someone to attend me because there was nobody in reception when it was supposed to be open, after this (no one opened the damn door) i saw someone cleaning, i asked him and he told me that was not the place, so the direction they sent me to, was wrong, so i just wasted like 3 hours of saturday for nothing, so thank you. Dissapointing

Drivers are lazy, incompetence and dishonest. Said my huge block of flats was inaccessible, Even though I had had other deliveries the sames day. Shameful

Is it ever open?!? Carried 15kg item there just to find out its not open at the time it is supposed to be opened!

The phone number contact not answering,I have been tried couple days and always said busy on the moment.

Absolute joke. Received a text the previous day telling me my item would be delivered between 7:46-11:46. Its now 13:37 and still not delivered. I live 3 mins from the office and it was received there at 7:05 but somehow they've messed up this bad. Called customer service and they said the 4 hour timeframe was an estimate and could take until 18:00. How? Even a apology text with corrected timeframe wouldn't be so bad. Had plans today as well.

Would be nice if the opening hours were correct!!

There wasn't anyone even at the reception.
