Harrow Post Office

I had a wonderful experience during a busy time at the Post Office thanks to a lady named Uma. She was kind and helped me with exactly what I needed and went out of her way to ensure I had the right equipment to most my parcel safely. I had a very positive experience.

I had to check the reviews to see if it was only my experience in that place, I can only clarify that the service is terrible, in considerate and rude staff. The fact that you are unable to change euros into US dollars didn't help either, however, I suppose that is out of their control. In the space of time I was there, I witnessed three disputes and they were the three in front of me, never mind behind.

One lady from the post office was rude . I went with my friend on (22nd September at around 16:10) to the post office in Harrow on the hill with the form for provisional driving licence and my friend asked the lady what she hat to write on one of the points and the lady from there shouted “we are not dealing with driving licenses, find out your-self and then come back to me!”. Also the lady asked my friend how she wanted to send the form, my friend did not know which one was the best way to send it, so we thought that she will help is find the right way to send the form. Instead of helping us she started yelling as us. The post office must take some actions, and try to hire politely people and which are able to help clients.

After scanning paid labels , refused to do rest some ,saying long queue so come back and wait.
It was only 3 mints work and she hold m on 20 mints and even after 20 mints again refused to scan.
Ridiculous behaviour.
All customers have same important and importance of time .

This is the worst post office in Harrow.
I asked for a pen and the women started yelling at me. They are unbelievable rude. Are these people employed to be rude,arrogant and bitche.
They deserved to be sacked.
Simply unbelievable in this day and age.

The lady on the counter - Daksha was very impolite. I asked her about the express service, and she answered hesitantly and when I said that I'll go with the normal one, she gave me a look and said "I had thought so". I don't know about her intentions but the way she said it was not very respectful. I never expected this sort of service from a Post Office employee.

Staff needs to be replaced. ALWAYS rude acting like they don’t want to be there, absolutely no manners. You always wait for at least 15 minutes and they refuse to do staff they are payed to do like accepting coin deposits or answering questions about posting. Weird weird how nobody sees their attitude & take action

Rude staff! Needed to post a DNA test sample kit to USA, the lady didnt know what was a DNA kit! Then said i had to complete a custom slip for large parcel?i told but i posted the same parcel last month and post office didn’t request a custom slip! Her answer was dont tell me what to do i know my job? So i ask for a pen she replied say please?
I told her I am not saying please to someone who is rude!
Never going in there again!
