I recently went to this post office to renew my driving licence after several other post offices locally couldn’t seem to help or gave me the wrong information. The service I received was AMAZING!! The gentleman was so helpful, polite and helped me with my forms, ID and took a new photo for me. He explained everything he was doing. His customer service skills are beyond helpful. Thank you so much for making the time to help me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was charged International postage for a card to Germany instead of European rate. Went back to query it a few minutes later and was refunded. The card arrived in Germany as shown in the photo which I found suspicious. I'll be checking the prices before I go from now on. Royal Mail were good in that they refunded me to the value of 8 First Class stamps when I complained.

i went in to not only change my name on my driving license but to change from a paper license to a digital license. i thought it would be a difficult process but the gentleman who served me was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. ten out of ten would recommend to a friend :)

The service at this post office is excellent. As a business customer I am in there daily and value their knowledge and efficiency. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to assist you.

I also got my passport renewed there recently. They took the photos and and did the form. The process took about 30 mins due to other customers needing to be served but would have taken 5-10 maximum if the store was empty. I then waited about 3 weeks after it was sent and I now have a brand new passport. First Class service.

Rudest telephone conversation I've ever had, I called to inquire about a check and send passport, the lady who answered the phone answered with "Hi" to which I had to ask if this was the post office. I was asking question that she clearly didn't know answers too, and then when I ask how much the check and send passports are, she replied, and I quote "I don't know, I'm too bust to find out" and put the phone down.

I am so pleased that I have visited this branch, to start with Staff were so fantastic, I had a Dbs check I'd to be verified, and it was slightly passed the closing time, as I said it was urgent, they stayed back and helped me with my application.
Great place to enjoy an excellent customer service, well done team👍🏽

I went to the Post Office in George V Avenue to get my passport renewed in August, just when there was a lot of press about how it was taking months for people to get theirs back. I was a bit worried, as our trip was in just 8 weeks but not only was the service quick and friendly, I had a text to say that my application had been received as I was still on my way home, and the new passport arrived in 4 days. I've just done the same for my daughter - too early to say about how fast it will come back but again, the service was super friendly and the process was quick.

In its day this was the premium post office in Worthing, always 6 people working behind the counter. Oh how things have changed.
If you like queuing indefinitely this is the place for you. You only ever see the poor grandson serving out front, I really feel quite sorry for him. As his grandmother and father just sit out the back doing passport and driving liscence application at a huge mark up for people who are either to stupid or not capable do it themselves .
I live close to this post office but I would rather chew my own nipple off then give them my trade.
If there was a competition in Worthing for most poorly run business this would be a clear winner.
