Queens Crescent Post Office

I went to the post office this morning (05/05/2022) to deposit few bags of coins. The guy at the front desk refused to take the coins without giving any satisfactory reason. The person was in the front desk always provides bad service and always shows bad manner whether a customer is men and women or elderly. I think the owner should replace him with a customer friendly person. When I meet the guy I feel I am doing a court him.

I wish there is another post office and we can go there.

The two gents who work behind the desk are amazing and provide a excellent service however I imagine the management are very tight / stingy and only allow one to work each day so you have one person behind the desk in a very busy postoffice and regardless of which time you go in you will end up waiting in a queue outside a shop, how can you not have the two workstations available open at all times or atleast 1-2 days a week.

Always shut for an hour or so in the middle of the day, at different times every day so can't even be planned around, and when open there is always a long queue down the street. Great staff but very poor management.

The closest post office to me and they have good service but they open and close at irregular times during certain months of the year. Our local postie keeps closing temporarily this is really frustrating!

poor customer service- used to have lovely staff not sure what happened! I attended around 1:30 today and it said closed and opening at 2:30pm. this is the 2nd time ive seen this sign. Its so frustrating!!

I go to this post office regularly and they never fail to impress me. Service is amazing, this young man, Abdalla is really kind and helpful. He has exceptional customer service skills and is always ready to help with a smile on his face. He will go above and beyond for his customers and I for one have experienced this first hand.

im really surprised by all the five star reviews, ive always had terrible experiences with this 'post office' in the 5 years ive lived in the area. the staff are rude, they close during the day at random times and there is always only one person working so the queue gets really long and takes a while to get served. its a much needed service in the area and should by run by managers who understand this.

Disappointing, I arrived outside he post office around midday and, a sign was left on the door stating they've gone for lunch, as they only have two staff.

This is highly unprofessional, Chalk farm./ Belsize park is a very diverse area with a lot of people. There should always be someone in, I went all the way to find it closed. I won't bother attending the next time, I will go to Camden and raise this matter with Royal mail!
