Royal Mail Delivery/Collection Office

APPARENTLY THEY DELIVERED A PARCEL TO ME ON 23RD JUNE. BUT IT DIDN'T ARRIVE WITH ME SO WHERE IS IT ???

Pls. Close this place. No space , no parking .
7-11 the work too hard they need extra bonus for this job, at least a year hollyday every year.

Went there at lunch time to pick up my parcel. Very quick service, nice friendly staff and the place is very clean!

Our parcels used to be left with a neighbour if we were not in, two days in a row now Iv had to try and get something re delivered cause they have left a “sorry we missed you” card with no reference number on it so we can’t even get it re delivered and have to go threw the stress of trying to contact Royal Mail with the contact number that doesn’t go to a person! Or wait until we either hear from the sender or end up with a refund only to have to re order again!!
This is very stressful and something I really don’t need right now after loosing a loved one.
Absolutely no consideration from them at all.

I never thought that Hermes will ever be better than Royal Mail. I drove here from Melton today, to pick up my missed parcel. Sign states that they close at 7pm on Tuesdays. Apparently they close at 1pm. This is 2022, a major delivery office in England, are they serious with opening times like this? No bicycle parking.

Their own website days open Saturday at 7. But it didn't open until after 8am

Thanks for letting customers know your office is closed today, you could have put a sticker on the card to say the dates your collection office was going to be closed but NO. Thanks for the waste of fuel. Consideration has never been Royal Mails strong point. Glad I no longer work for such an unprofessional outfit.

Rude front desk staff, before I even got to open my mouth I was being shouted at for daring to bring a parcel, with a prepaid sticker, to a ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY OFFICE. No Hello, how are you - just a really angry man raising his voice and pointing at a sign on the wall.

Thankfully there was a manager there with some common sense who hadn't forgotten about the fact that people might just actually visit this location to drop a parcel off.
