One of them asked my partially blind friend if they could read a sign! Very disrespectful
We only needed to deposit money but from now on I will use the bank! As they are more respectful, polite and professional to their customers!
Wouldn’t recommend going here at all!

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the staff in here today. The lady serving was actually shouting at customers for requesting assistance with the self service machine. I walked out without what I went in for as was so disgusted. Shameful!!!

Closing time at 5.30! No one was allowed to buy stamps at the self-service machines at 5.15, I also don't drop off on this side just wanted to buy a poll and the staff shouted and screamed that no one was allowed to use the machines and forced the closing time. Extremely bad attitude, very bad post office! Hope they are having a good time!

The worst Royal Mail post office in the whole country!!!! So many counters close (short of staff they said), only 1 or 2 (if you are lucky) counters open, VERRRRRRRRRY slow service. It been like this for a year and no one try to improve it.
I don't know why it such a big difference compared to the Northgate street one (with nice friendly staff, efficient, quick service) Go to Northgate street that one. Might have just close this post office, useless.

Avoid this post office if you can, made the mistake of using it even with the bad reviews.
Staff are very condescending and expect you to know their working definition of things. The rude lady behind the travel money counter around 4:35 pm especially didn’t want to help and didn’t want to try and understand the problem.

Poorest post office service I have ever received in any branch in decades. Twice did I have to go here, and twice did I leave irritated. Staff force you to use self service counters, are unhelpful and argumentative. When using the self service desks, there is no explanation of options and services available, customers are left to fill in the fiddly screens, everything is rushed and customers are pressurised. Of course social distancing, perfectly possible behind the counter, isn't observed or possible. Customers are forced to interact with staff at close rage because self-service seems to be the only way they can purchase services!

***Update - I try to avoid this post office but had to go again to post some bulky items. Only one counter open, long queue. Rude service with an attitude yet again. I can't believe just how bad this post office is - never known anything like it anywhere else! ***

*** Update *** Consistently incredibly poor. According to Google Maps as well as the Post office official website, open till 17:30 on a Saturday, but of course closed at 17:01. With both the Saltney Ferry and the Saltney Post office closed, this embarrassment of a post office made me lug a massive parcel into Chester city on the bus centre only to take it back home again in the hope I'll be able to post it at some point in the future when RM deigns to offer a service again.

I've complained about the last experience to PO Head Office. Did they comment on the fact that their official website publishes opening hours today are not adhered to? Er, no: The promise of a £10 voucher and "However, I must confirm a final decision has been made. No further investigations will take place, and no further correspondence will be entered into." Here's a company that knows it provides a terrible service and chooses not to address this.

Worst Post Office I've ever used. Went to post a small parcel international. Was wrongly advised by two staff that it can only have a 16cm depth. This is incorrect as per guidance on your website: "Max size:
Length + width + depth no more than 90cm with no single side longer than 60cm". *Avoid*!
