New owners have a fantastic work ethic with a can-do attitude. Hard workers who always willing to find a way to help you.
The other locals here are a bit hostile to them which appears to be based on 'who they are' not 'how well they do things' , so please offer your support, welcome them and be patient......lets show them the Cobham Cordiality !!

Absolute nightmare posting here. Took money from my card twice. To process a transaction takes three times as long as our local Cobham Post office. Not sure what’s gone wrong here and honestly don’t know how they are going to cope over the festive season

Always very courteous, very handy to have a post office/ local shop near the station

Very rude man in the post office, not polite, not helpful . Serving slowly, doesn’t understand English well, and it is also almost impossible to understand his English.
No tape or glue available for use. Asked me to buy one to glue a sticker on the box.

Great staff, really friendly. Always willing to offer assistance. Been going here for years.
