Hill Top Post Office

Tells lies when you want to send a letter via recorded delivery. Said it wasn't possible because 'It's going to the government'. I went to another branch and as if by magic, they sent it no problem. I won't use them again.

It's terrible. The service, the ladys answer is "there's nothing I can do". Recorded letters she can't track government correspondence, she says, and car tax, her answer was "the computer says no". So I went to another post office. No questions, just a polite response "all done". The shop keeper is no better, always on the mobile phone. If she represents the post office then the post office is failing what a shame for the oldest service.

Very ignorant lady at the post office counter. Completely ignored me as she was too busy on her mobile phone. I had to keep repeating what I wanted as she wasn't paying proper attention. She got the size and weight of parcels wrong and would have overcharged if not challenged. Avoid at all costs.

Staff in the post office are very rude often on mobiles or eating behind the counter they speak to you like your beneath them one women more so than the other I actively avoid using the post office due to this

The lady on counter doesn’t bother for her duty. Every post office Branch is supposed to accept PARCELFORCE parcels but she refused to take it, Can’t understand why? If u don’t want to work why r u here ????

The post office don't deserve even one star. 5min before 5:30 lady informs its closed, they don't take bigger than a letter parcels, can't help with finding alternatives. Waist of time.

This is the worst post office In the whole country, the lady behind the counter is absolutely disgrace, now I am using queens Road & abbey gate.
