Really slow service. Short staffed. Every time I go in there staff hand me a leaflet for the ‘drop and go’ service, which makes me feel like I’m a burden. They should be glad that I am using their service and keeping them in a job! I clearly don’t want to do the drop & go, so please stop. Worst of all staff always over charge me for parcels by saying that it’s not a small parcel or not a large letter when I have measured and weighed them at home in accordance with the Royal Mail parcel website. The other day staff tried to charge me £6 to post a lightweight coat stating it was a medium sized parcel... I knew this was wrong so I took it to a different post office where I was charged the correct price of £2.95 for a small parcel. Staff also have a tendency of saying the parcel “won’t go through the letter box” when I have the same tool that they use at home and know that it does! Pathetic and greedy. Stop ripping people off! I now drive from Rugby to the post office on Binley Rd in Coventry instead where they charge the correct prices, are fast & efficient and super friendly.

On visiting the general Post office to use the printer,,it was having problems picking up the info from my phone. I asked for assistance. It still didn't work. I was asked to send an e.mail, which I did. That didn't work. I was asked to wait for the manager. He was serving one customer. Following,a steady stream of customers came in. I was still waiting and waited for a further 15mins. A total of 30mins was wasted inthat building and still no assistance. I walked out in disgust.

We went here to renew a driving licence, which all went smoothly - the staff member who served us and guided us through the process, was very pleasant with a good sense of humour and was a pleasure to deal with.

TERRIBLE service at the cashier till. Went in to withdraw money requesting specific notes, ignored and kept asking me how much in total I wanted. Not polite throughout the interaction. After withdrawing I asked if I could change a £20 into £5s, his response was “I need to save those for other customers!”
Afterwards I just went to the post office window next to the till, the lady there explained how it could be done and did it for me.
If the staff man could have just said I could withdraw the notes I wanted at the post office window, I wouldn’t have needed to waste my and his time!!
Seems there is no connection and/or communication between the normal till and the post office till even they are under the same roof!!
Will NEVER go in again!!

Today’s date 5 June 2021. As is appropriate, notices dotted around insisting face masks be worn, (with which I wholeheartedly concur…) staff wearing no face masks, even when NOT behind any kind of perspex barrier.

I wonder if these people ever take any responsibility for their personal contribution to our current economic, physical and mental decline.

Just… how dare you?
