Singlewell Post Office

THE LADY IN THIS POSTOFFICE IS SO RUDE!!!! I will never go here again!! She was on the phone chatting the whole duration of me having my parcel posted. She could not put the phone down and give me 3 minutes of her time! She then literally chucks my parcel across the room she’s in into the trolley. Charming! Not fragile or anything love!! I hope she put the right address in and my parcel makes it!! From now on I’ll go elsewhere! Maybe a customer service course would do you some good.

Always helpful, always,professional and very trustworthy. Kept my invaluable diary and pen safe when I left it on the counter! Always go there for sending my parcels. To be honest i expect that parcels get worse treatment at the sorting offices than being "thrown" into the sacks behind the counter!!

This is my most convenient post office, otherwise I wouldn’t keep going here. The lady behind the desk is on her phone (her mobile, not the office landline) every single time I need to post a parcel. She gives me quick, one-word answers so as not to interrupt her phone call and throws change/receipts at me as if she can’t be rid of me quickly enough. Really very bad customer service!

Awful store, customer service appalling. Lady at the desk not bothered with clients. I asked for the price of an item, was told one thing and then it was triple the price once I had packaged my parcel and went to pay. I swore to myself and the Lady had the audacity to ask me to show her some manners. She could see I was flustered having packaged my parcel slightly the wrong size to fit a large letter and so needed to redo to save some posting costs but didn’t have a care in the world and basically laughed in my face that now I was having to spend more money at her store. This is not the first time I have experienced awful service from this store, really unhelpful.

Awfull, unacceptable level of service, the lady at the desk should change job, her customer care skills are inexistant, she should be ashamed of herself. She was on the phone, charged me the most expensive Track & Trace service, when I complained, she said she couldn't cancel it. This is absolutely dreadful. Don't go there.

Probably the most efficient post office in Gravesend. Stuff other postmasters don't even begin to understand this lady knows inside out

Awful service, ever heard about customer service? Lady at the desk not bothered with clients, makes you feel like she is doing you the biggest favour every time you go. Use Perry St Post Office, they have a great attitude and always willing to help.
