Farringdon Road Post Office

Absolutely ridiculous. There is now signage telling you what to do or where to go. The staff is unhelpful and slow to even respond to obtaining a number. The post office is severely understaffed for the volume of BRPs they are supposed to be taking in and processing. Throughout thos whole process the staff treated all of us as an inconvenience and eventually moved all of us in the BRP queue outside, where it is impossible to hear. Not only that, when they sent us out, they stopped calling our numbers all together. I waited roughly an hour and fifteen minutes. The only thing keeping this from being one star is how helpful the lady who eventually helped me was.

It was a quick and easy process. No fuss and I was out of there quick. Get there early in the morning when the crowd isn't big and they aren't overwhelmed with the BRP collection+ other services.

Join the line outside but make sure you are given a queue number ticket as well before you get to the counter (someone from the office will come out and pass them out and collect your official documents at the same time so they can prepare and give out the BRP cards efficiently and in batches). This makes it very smooth. Not sure what the issues were before but it seems they are figuring out/have figured out an efficient system. Key is to get an early start to the day and make your BRP collection your priority in the morning.

An absolutely awful service. I was served by a trainee with extremely limited English, whom I can only assume messed up the posting of the important letter that I sent via registered post. It should have been delivered within 2 working days, yet it's been 11 days and still showing on the online track and trace checker as "Accepted at Post Office" - avoid this place like the plague!

The post office is very vital to our business, having the need to send multiple parcels a day it can be very frustrating at times however my local post office makes the experience a million times easier! Very friendly and always cooperative. Even when things have gone left they made us feel reassured and satisfied getting any issues solved as soon as. Absolute pleasure to deal with you guys, Thank you!

Honestly, the nicest post office around. In terms of service all the lovely people on the counter are polite and helpful. I've been going here for years to drop off stuff for work and feel very comfortable with all the staff. Take your post no where else!

The male staff I met today was so RUDE!!! Before seeing all these reviews, I thought I got national discrimination; however, it seemed like he is a ridiculously unfriendly and disgusting person. Hardly to believe that such a person would be an employee of the post office. Made my day feel awful.
Also, how on earth receive plenty of complaints but never reflect and improve? Shame on you for such a disgusting characteristic.

Best service ever I have been using this post office for long time, posting a high value items feel safe and secure about my post. Staff is very helpful good to see friendly and smiley face when you walk in to the post office like Farringdon.

Everyone that works here always makes my frequent visits hassle-free. Pragna especially is so lovely and even remembers the delivery service I always use. I’ve never had a single problem in my many visits to this post office!
