Went to get a certified copy of my passport but they don't have a photocopier. I was directed to snappy snaps. What kind of service is this?

So terrible. Understaffed, messy, unclear queueing, no facilities to print labels. Just generally a totally outdated, unfit for purpose post office that is always a dread to go to.

Every self service machine unavailable. Huge queues. Complained numerous times o post office apparently it's ran by WH Smith so they don't care.

Just awful. Chronically understaffed causes long waits for anything. The machines haven’t worked for ages and the staff move at a glacial pace. Sad that the old post office was so good but since moving it’s gone downhill. This is Royal Mail putting profits before service. Is should be nationalised.

Great when staffed. Even the self service is closed for their lunch breaks. And I’ve just turned up and they’ve changed their opening hours again so it was already closed.

I just posted probate info after my mothers passing and there were no staff to speak of. And so that’s one issue which may not be helped, but the guy behind the glass screen who was there was quite obnoxious and rude, not only to me but to his female colleague. Sure - he may have been under pressure, but still very unprofessional indeed. And he also tried to continually make a joke of his ability to only do one thing at a time, sarcastically and not funny, he was quite annoying, borderline aggressive and unhelpful. I sincerely believe he needs some better training on how to have manners, care about team mates and deal with customers, coupled with basic communication skills. I humbly believe that a little respect and consideration goes a long way.

Says they work until 6pm but was turned away at 5:30.... apparently to cut the queue as too many people. 10 min later all those people already had been served. And the lady let another 3 people jump into the queue. They all came after me. Am I wearing wrong type of shoe today that some people can and some people can't join the queue? Ridiculous.

Overall it’s not bad, but every time I enter the place there Is ‘one person only’ serving and another trying manage everyone using self service. Sometimes a third person tries to supervise, and today I was told to wait behind another guy being served. It took forever with one employee trying to accommodate this chap - so I went ahead to the self checkout as I didn’t have time to wait for 30 minutes. Luckily I was able to work out what to do there. I feel for the short staff issues to be honest, and I don’t really get a system where you have to wait for them to take away your parcel for you when you can easily place the item somewhere. Needs tweaking.
