Such rude staff....
With a queue of people standing outside after the time of opening, three staff members inside not one apology for the wait as you would expect from polite people. Upon asking when the post office opened I get told 'now', I return to get my items to be told to 'hang on when I return... 10 minutes later, an abrupt staff member served me ..... extremely unhelpful.
I also commented to a member of co-op staff that on the website it states the post office open from 9-5, not 7-2, explaining that it may be helpful to change this as it is misleading and many older people may have walked a good distance to be sent away, to be told that it depends which staff are in and there's no point in changing it online....... rude

Post Office didn't accept the parcel with a prepaid label saying its to big, how can be too big I bought label online from Parcelforce. I explained that she is wrong, then she say different story like no space in the post office and I need to take parcel in to the local office. She was just won't take parcel because of weight 25kg. Disappointed

Used to be a good post office, but not any more...opening time is 12pm as well...how ridiculous is that!!??

This post is a joke. I wanted to send a parcel, it was 5 p.m. The service man told me that I had to wait about 15 minutes because the lady from the post office went for a break 😱.
I understand that everyone should take a break, but then there should be someone to replace her.
Besides, the service leaves a lot to be desired.Will avoid 👍
