I was served by a young lady called Blue and she was absolutely lovely, very helpful, patient and understanding. I had quite a few large parcels needing to be sent to arrive next day. She provided some useful information and options and when I had to re-arrange what I had packed to spread the weight evenly across all my parcels she was patient and understanding.
