Leytonstone Road Post Office

I'm using this post office branch almost every day for last two months and I never had any issues. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. One lady who works on weekends very friendly. The rest are more serious. But with so many customers I need speed and efficiency and they do deliver just that. Thank you for your hard work!

New lady at the counter very inpatient and loud, when I ask her to keep her tone down because I felt she was shouting at me and the rest of the customers could hear our conversation. she replied "I can't tell her how to talk". I felt so embarrassed.

This is how she speaks if I don't like I can she can cancel my transaction. What happen to customer service

Horrible! The staff behind the counter allow people to jump the que and have no manners what so ever!!!

Terrible service they don’t know what are they doing, is every day the same

Always had good experience with all the staff members, they process my many return packages promptly and they are always helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been going here for a year- today was the last time. First they told me they wouldnt accept my label on a small package I had to post ( exactly the same as a label for one I shipped on Friday last week) then made me re-join the line and write up the address. Then the man behind the counter LIED to me saying that second class signed for no longer existed and forced me to pay 8.95 for the small package to go first class. Generally everyone was totally rude and a complete jobsworth to be honest. Absolutely disgusting people & behaviour. And for what? £4 more and a power trip? AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE.

Don't find an issue with the staff, however mail often goes missing from this post office meaning I've lost a lot of money. I am lucky I live near the Romford sorting office and from now on will only use them to post high value items.
I would be very cautious using this post office unless you send it with special delivery.

Very rude and ignorant staff, a specially the woman who is working there ( I know there is two of them , but is the taller one) looking at people as if she is the better one! She have no respect for anyone and is always looking down at people. Zero customer service . She should be sacked and retrained!
