Worst customer service ever, avoid. The asian man behind the counter was very rude and dismissive. He didn't want to print off the label even though royal mail website says it's free to print it out. I was then asked to pay £1 to print it off which I was happy to do, the man then refused to help me stick the label onto the package saying it's my responsibility to find the glue. Again, the website online not only says it's free to print off the label at your local post office, the label's supposed to be self adhesive. Luckily there was a lady behind the other counter who happily volunteered to help with my package. Disappointed.

Be very careful when you go to this post office the man working there that will overcharge you.
I strongly advise you to previously go to royal mail.com
To know the price list accordingly To the weight of your letter and the country you are sending to! Weight your package or letter at home first!
They will waste your time and put their hand in the scale so you think it’s more weight and pay much more than you should!

The lady at the back counter sorting the parcels I found her abrupt . As I wanted to make a deposit and I’ve been in a few times for sending parcels ect so I think she recognizes me. She said I hope you don’t have much change: I said I do but I have counted it when I was handing her the money to double check,
She mined and groaned at me saying I was taking to long. And that other customers are waiting.

As a receptionist it’s about having practice and the customers are always right.

The lady is lovely but the man In the post office is rude and completely useless. Can’t do his job right and his customer service is poor.

Go elsewhere - perhaps the bigger one by Charlton station. The manager here is extremely rude and gets frustrated easily. I’ve had to try to use this post office a couple of times now and each time I get sent away to go elsewhere because he doesn’t know how to do something (an advertised service). Incompetent and rude - worth the fifteen minute walk to one where the staff can do their jobs and be civil to customers.

The guy that's usually at the main counter can be quite rude and unhelpful, which contrasts with the friendly lady working there who is always nice and smiley.

I've had notifications before that parcels are there for collection but the way they store them seems very disorganised and the man behind the main counter often can't find them, meaning I've had to return on a second or even third occasion. When I've shown him my email confirmation that his post office had taken delivery of my items he just told me to take it up with the sender.

The last two parcels I sent from here either went missing and never arrived, or went missing for a few weeks before being delivered. Could be coincidence but it happened with two consecutive parcels sent weeks apart.

I no longer use this Post Office, despite it being my closest one. The Post Office next to Charlton Station is much better both with regards to speed of service and efficiency.
