Always waste 15mins picking up parcels here. Slow and disorganised. Not enough staff and lack of courtesy.

we haven’t recieved any post for days and always a big bundles come through definitely are holding up mail l received my pin and debit card on the same day when l phoned up my bank they said they were sent out 2 days out apart

Just need a simple redelivery. Website says there's an unexplained error. Mobile phone app says there's an error. Telephone system says theres an error. Only option to traipse all the way down to the office to find that the gate is padlocked in the middle of a working day even though they are listed on their own Google entry as being open. Zero stars.

Padlock on the blue gate. Supposed to be open until 18.00? It was shut at 16.30!Waisted my time and petrol and couldn't collect my parcel! Very frustrating!

Still riding on the tails of the pandemic and only opening for a few hours till midday on a Monday.

Terrible service I was expecting my meds to be delivered they failed to turn up cause post on strike

Useless, parcels all delayed and they want a pay rise. Can't make it up 😂😂

Travelled to drop parcels off on saturday 20/3/21 and with no indication anywhere, it was closed despite the Gate stating it was open 8-11, yet it was closed!! No indication as to why. Had urgent parcels to send out and have now had to rectify this with buyers and try to send today (23/3/21) and hoping they’re open
