I have never had an issue with this post office until this new guy started working here.

I had a discount Oyster card form which was stamped and signed. I also provided proof of ID and address and he still didn’t give me a new Oyster card despite showing more proof than I was supposed to. He accused me of not saying the truth and that I’m not eligible for it. How can that be the case when I have it stamped and signed? I also showed him more proof than I was supposed to. He made me go through so much and still didn’t give me a new payer card that I was entitled to.

None of the previous employees ever asked treated me like this over something as small as an Oyster card. but this guy made me get my bank statement which wasn’t needed. on top, he started looking at my personal things (my outgoing and incoming) How is that allowed? He kept saying I need to show proof I live in London. How can I not live in London if I literally showed my ID and bank statement? What more does he want? He was telling me to provide more than I was supposed to. (He then told me to show a council tax letter to prove I live in London) nowhere does it say I need to provide that to get a discount Oyster card. He was being complicated on purpose. He must get a pay rise for it to be behaving like this.

Later, I went to another post office and they gave me a new Oyster card within seconds, they asked no questions and they didn’t even ask for my bank statement because it’s not needed like this man claims. so after that I went back and showed him that “look you accused me of not saying the truth, so how comes another post office gave it to me” he didn’t have no answer he kept saying “I don’t know” but still couldn’t apologise because he couldn’t admit he was in the wrong. How are they employing someone like this?

Unable to pick up my parcel today after walking 10 mins from me to find its closed and has been for past few days from a robbery even though I received a ready to pick up email yesterday. Please keep your opening hours up to date so people don't waste their time!

Excellent customer service by Siva from the Post Office @ Ben Johnson Road. A true gentleman, very polite and courteous and offered to help me in many ways. He had a big smile and was jolly. He helped me do send my parcel off.

Went there a week ago. The member of staff was late 15 mins to open the office while long queue of people were waiting outside. Had to be late to my job because the post office did not open on time. Unacceptable really.

Always closes earlier than it should according to other reviews. Arrived at 17.15 but it was already closed even though the royal mail website says it should at close at 17.30. The guy was still inside but wouldn’t open.

They're always late to open the office even though it says it will open at 9am. No one opens the doors until almost 9.30am because staff arrive late, causing a long queue to form and personal delays. Staff have an unbothered and rude attitude towards customers they also start closing by 5pm even though it is stated in their business hours that they close at 5.30pm. This post office needs to be reported to trading standards.

Even though I arrived at 5.24pm the door was locked with a couple of customers in the Post Office. When I knocked politely on the door the post office dude started bellowing that he was closed, despite the fact that on the door it clearly states they're open until 5.30pm. I showed him my Post Office receipt to collect an important parcel but he had ZERO interest. This terrible service has caused me massive hassle to change my complete schedule to re-collect. WORST POST OFFICE EVER!

Convenient to have nearby. Never had a problem with this post office, convenient to drop off Amazon returns & Asos returns (they print the labels if you show the barcode).

Sometimes a few minutes queue but it moves fairly quickly.

The man who works there always cracks a joke & smile which is lovely.
